The DISC Study heard from people:

• From a South Asian background
• At risk of diabetes or heart disease, or who have
  already been told they have one of these conditions
  about their experiences of using digital healthcare,
  such as mobile apps and websites, for diabetes and
  heart disease. Come and hear about what we learned,
  and what happens next.
  You can also ask an expert about how to use your
  phone for health, in a free digital skills workshop provided by AbilityNet.
