Lead Deputy Children’s Centre Manager

Based at Kevin Pearce Children’s Centre

         37 hours per week

         £31,929 per annum

Kevin Pearce Children’s Centre is looking for an inspirational manager who can provide leadership to a staff team and children aged 0-5 years.

We are looking for someone who has substantial experience of managing a staff team, together with the knowledge and understanding of how to support staff to provide high standards of care and education for our children.

Along with these skills, you will need to have experience and a clear understanding of managing safeguarding issues and working together with a range of partner agencies.

A ‘Golden Hello’ payment is offered with this post.  The successful candidate will receive 3 incentive payments over the period of 12 months.  The first being paid when their employment starts, the second after completing a successful probationary period and the final payment will be made after 12 months in employment.
