@thinkBigger.uk has joined forces with @itv careers / @itv loves talent to launch their brand spanking new Production Training Scheme.

It’s a 12-month paid scheme with positions available as a Trainee Researcher, Trainee Script Editor and Trainee Editorial Assistant. 

They are hoping to attract applications from those who identify as BAME, disabled or coming from a lower socio-economic background. They are also hoping to attract candidates from other under-represented backgrounds such as those who are care-experienced.
