Tackling Road Safety in Park Ward

Earlier this week #OpHawmill deployed in to the Queens Road area of Halifax.

  • 4 illegal vehicles were seized.Op hawmill
  • 1 x stolen £45k Porsche was recovered
  • 1 x car seized for no insurance
  • 2 x vehicles that failed to stop for officers seized
  • 1 x ticket for No Seatbelt. 

Operation Hawmill is tackling issues on the roads of Calderdale that are highlighted by communities. It is funded by the Calderdale Community Safety Partnership.
