At St. Augustine’s Centre we depend on our volunteers and often refer to them as our life-blood. We have a wide range of volunteering opportunities – if you would like to get involved, or would just like to know more then please get in touch for a chat.
We currently need highly skilled people to fulfil the following roles:
- Professional Skills: Marketing, PR and Human Resources.
- Translator/ Language support: Arabic, Tigrinyan, Amharic, Czech and Farsi (Mainly Tuesday/ Wednesday/ Thursday mornings).
- ESOL support: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- Employability 1-2-1 Support: Various days of the week.
- Employability Job Search: People with good literacy, computer literacy and attention to detail to help Centre Users (Tuesday and Wednesday mornings 9.15-1pm).
