The Equality Forum for Calderdale aims to provide an opportunity for the views and needs of different communities of interest to be fed into the policy and service planning processes of statutory organisations within the district.

The Equality Forum for Calderdale will hold its annual public meeting on Wednesday 4th October.  The meeting will take place at the Kings Centre, Park Road, Halifax, HX1 2TS from 5.30pm.  We are pleased to announce that Julie Killey,  Service Manager for Commissioning & Partnership (Adult & Children’s Service) will be attending.

All members of the public are welcome to attend as it will provide you the opportunity to ask direct questions on issues that may be of concern to you. It is important that all members of the community representing different groups attend to ensure that we are listening and taking into consideration issues that affect you in terms of  Commissioning & Partnership in Calderdale and we can then try and address some of these concerns.
